A Change in Seasons requires a change in DIET! As the winds blow and the temperature starts to drop, our energy goes inward. We need to let go of salads & turn to cooked greens instead. It's time to switch to cooked grains & squashes from cooling fruits. The fall season diet in Chinese Medicine emphasizes GOLDEN foods to strengthen digestion, as well as the sour flavor to astringe the lungs.
