Create An Open Space...

Creating open space in our lives and in our wombs involves doing a little housework. Sometimes we need to let go of that which no longer serves us, specifically old hurts, attachments to people from our past, and disappointments from unmet expectations.
In Chinese medicine, we say that the uterus is the "second" heart. It stores blood and emotions, feels pain, and suffers when there are blockages.
As Well Women, can we maximize and harness this fresh new energy of spring long enough to find the courage to release pain and allow for new life? Can we practice forgiveness-of ourselves or others-in order to create open space in our hearts and in our womb, our second heart?
Let's use the freshness of spring to organize our thoughts, process our emotions, dust off old belief systems, release negativity and begin anew.
Make the commitment today to keep your energetic body a clean house that is free of cluttering hurts and old wounds. Experience the power that comes from expressing all those passionate emotions. Then bask in the peace that follows. All the happiness that results from creating new open space will overflow from you and attract the most perfect unborn spirit intended to take up residence within you.
It is within you; this open space. Let it become a home for new love in the form of a new relationship, a healthier outlook, or quite possibly a healthy baby.
