Being Flexible in Hard Times

The current economic trend is certainly one of a contracting nature. Each of us feels newly imposed restrictions and limitations on our previous personal freedoms.
It seems that the thoughts "How bad will things get?" and "How will I personally be affected?" underlie our every decision.
Vitally important at this time is an attitude of resourcefulness and faith; understanding that a shift much bigger than our bank account balance is underway. If we believe that disappointments and changes can be transformed into opportunities for personal growth, then this time will later be viewed as a time when we matured and focused our energies on the things that matter the most.
Each day in the office we are helping anxious women overcome these insecure, panicky feelings by reminding them how to TRUST and how to ALLOW themselves to thrive while floating in a sea of uncertainty. It's not easy to loosen up on our life reins when we feel most out of control, but that is when it's the most important.
Well Women advice for this time of economic ambiguity...
- KEEP YOUR SPIRIT AND THOUGHTS LIGHT, and help others do the same. It's all too easy to create a feeling of angst when we pair up and talk about panic and negativity.
- KEEP YOUR LIFE REINS CLENCHED LOOSELY, and allow your life to open up to new directions and new sources of income.
- EMBRACE THE CHANGES THAT COME YOUR WAY. See each new development as an unavoidable yet necessary step in your unique life process.
